A-Park is a large-scale commercial project spanning 8 hectares, with a construction timeline of 14–20 months. The space is designed for B2B formats: retail, services, offices, HoReCa, medical, children’s facilities, warehouses and automotive services. The architecture and layout are tailored to the operational needs of different business models.

The first phase includes 4,000 m² of retail and leisure space: 60% dedicated to daily-essential goods, 15% to food courts, 10% to service operators (dry cleaning, telecom stores, etc.), and 15% to fashion, home goods, and children’s stores.
